Responsibilities:

• Report to Assistant Research Manager
• Co-ordination with fieldwork team internally
• Proposal drafting, project planning, implementation, follow-up and support, data analysis and report writing

Requirements:

• University graduate in Statistics or equivalent disciplines. Other disciplines such as Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences and Mathematics will also be considered
• 0 - 4 years of proven market / social research experience (quantitative and qualitative; with experiences from supplier side / research agencies / in-house research department on client or user side is an advantage)
• Strong numerical sense, capable of quantitative analysis (MS Excel / SPSS)
• Proven statistical analysis skills (chi-square test, t-test, ANOVA, regression, cluster analysis, conjoint analysis and other research-relevant tools)
• Knowledge of programming is an advantage
• Very good command of English and Chinese
• Strong communication skills, self-motivated and detail-minded
• A team player with positive work attitude, who is highly flexible and with a dedication for perfection and excellence
