Responsibilities: -

• Drive the business growth and new product development of the categories
• Work closely with local marketing team to define and achieve the common goal of the categories
• Work together with Global Marketing team members on various marketing projects 

Requirements: - 

• Bachelor degree holder in marketing or business administration, MBA is a plus
• Minimum 10 years of sales/marketing experience in reputable FMCG food/beverage organizations with 5 years in managerial position, preferably with regional exposure, especially China
• Knowledge and experience in new product development
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, solid “CAN-DO” attitude
• Excellent leadership and communication competences
• Ability to work under pressure
• Startup Experience is a plus
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English, fluent Mandarin
• A team player and willing to travel
