Position overview

To support our fast-growing activities, the Digital Senior Account Manager will ensure client satisfaction in designing, planning and coordinating the execution of unique digital marketing strategies in Asia. 

Able to develop strong professional and personal relationships with clients, the Senior Digital Account Manager is in charge of managing strategic digital projects for key accounts including many admired luxury brands.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of the definition of digital communication strategies for our clients
• Able to lead a team and ensure smooth project execution
• Coordination of various stakeholders and resources
• Management of the client on a daily basis, responsible for the respect of planning and achievement of objectives
• Participation in reviewing, selecting and managing international partners
• Support in the execution of strategic consulting and research projects

Your skills and profile:

• 4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media for international brands, ideally in the luxury industry
• Highly self-organized & able to lead a team and inspire team members
• Strong understanding on current digital marketing trends and best practices across the region
• Passion and solid knowledge about Digital, Social Media, Local & International influencers, Social advertising
• Experience in managing digital marketing projects Social Media (Facebook, Instagram) is a must, Wechat experience is highly preferred, SEM / Mobile / Online Advertising are welcomed)
• Good knowledge and experience of the International and Chinese digital ecosystem
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (Tri-lingual language skill is required)
• Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
