Job Responsibilities :

• Accelerate growth and hold teams accountable for executing on OTX growth plan
• Produce and manage channel strategic plan for HK Key Account, Open Trade, Macau OTC and Ethical Channel for OTX products and provide strategic input into OTX marketing plans
• Manage and maintain strong working relationships with Key Accounts, Distributor and necessary third party to make sure the business growth
• Provide input for new product development plan and sales estimation
• Develop people strategies to attract and develop key talent to reach their full potential and support everyone in achieving high performance and their development goals

Job Requirements :

• University graduate in Science or Business subjects
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in small team management
• Experience in distributor management
• Demonstrated leadership skills-Courage, Accountability, Development and Teamwork
• Able to work under pressure and demanding working environment
