Responsibilities:

• Prepare regular document & reports for management review
• Communicate with internal and external parties
• Process purchase order, and replenishment ordering
• Maintain product facing & shelf tag regularly
• Maintain efficient inventory level to meet business needs and minimized Damage & Loss ratio
• Maintain in-store promotion, layout and product display
• Support the production of selling & promotion materials and training course material development
• Gather market intelligence in the area of for price comparison and product evaluation
• Investigate the complaints and propose remedial actions

Requirements:

• Post-secondary school graduate or above with minimum 1 year relevant experience preferably in food / retail industry
• Knowledge of food product is required 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-minded, sensitive to figures, good analytical skill with strong market sense and awareness
• Good in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge of Japanese or Mandarin is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
