Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities include:

• Responsible for end to end project management, on time delivery and achieve corporate KPI
• Synergy benefits, margin Improvement, on time delivery, first time inspection rate, LEAN savings, and Lead time reduction
• Manage data accuracy in the system / record
• Support line manager to manage key stakeholders throughout the process to deliver the required results
• Support line manager and senior buyers on ad-hoc projects on top of product sourcing activities

Key Position Requirements:

• 5 years or above
• Sizeable buying office experience would be preferred, experienced in manufacturing environment would be an advantage
• Familiar with the US/UK retail market and regulatory requirements
• Familiar with the US retail market, solid product knowledge and strong connection with supplier base
• Ability to multi-task and possess a high level of initiative and integrity under a dynamic and competitive environment
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP System
• Ability to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision
• Good team players with ability to work with associates from local and overseas teams
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
