Key responsibilities:

• Develop OTB, seasonal and annual buying plans based on a thorough understanding of market trends and company business objectives
• Monitor closely on OTB, control sales and inventory at division and location levels
• Determine buying guides and select/delete assortments in order to obtain seasonal target
• Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and propose appropriate action plans
• Manage seasonal product training material and market research analysis
• Partner with internal stakeholders in regard to market dynamics and promotions, e.g. markdown strategy, communication & execution with retail operations.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Fashion & Textiles or business discipline
• Possess 4-5 years' working experience in buying and merchandising, preferably in the fashion retail industry
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
• With strong business and numerical sense
