Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to merchandising team
• Assists in monitoring merchandises ordering progress
• Closely communicate with vendors
• Handling filing and documentation
• Handling ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate or above
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Jewellery industry
• Proficient in MS Excel is a must
• Sensitive to figures
• Hands on experience in using SAP is definitely an advantage
• Well organized, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
