Duties  

• Support Merchandising team in follow-up purchase orders with suppliers/factories to ensure on-time delivery
• Assist superiors with new vendor on-boarding process 
• Follow up on the quotation sheets and forms to be accurately filled and submitted
• Coordinate the delivery of information , samples and packaging materials to supplier
• Maintain and update order-processing system
• Support organization of buying/sourcing trip
• Perform other ad hoc duties

 Requirements 

• University graduated/College degree or equivalent
• Good communication and planning skills
• Client focused, service driven and result oriented
• Responsible, reliable and high integrity personality
• Good team player
• Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Advanced level of both spoken & written English and Chinese
