Responsibilities:

• Issue purchase orders and follow up shipment
• Source raw material and suppliers
• Control inventory level
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers independently
• Handle data entry and analyze data from ERP system
• Provide procurement support services to Supply Chain Department
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, graduated in Supply Chain will be an advantage
• Minimum 1 year’s working experience in procurement / supply chain
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Experience in ERP system
• High proficiency in Excel, Power Point & Chinese Typing
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure
• Good team player and communicator
