Responsibilities:

• Follow up with sample delivery activities of various types including meeting sample, photo sample, fit sample and TOP sample. Send sample fabric and trims for buyers’ approval and follow up with factories. 
  
• Resolve technical issues and communicate with our technician and factories. 
  
• Monitor the work-in-process (WIP) activities to ensure on-time delivery and update WIP status for distribution on weekly basis.

Requirements: 

• Certificate in textile/clothing related studies;
  
• At least 8 years solid experience in handling LADIES HIGH FASHION (MUST).

• Working experience in factory and trading office
• Possess good working experience in garment production, production co-ordination, problem solving and with good fashion sense;
• Solid experience in high quality fashion woven for EU market;
• Independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight working schedule;
• Detail-oriented;
• Willing to travel to China;
• Good command of written and spoken English and fluent in Mandarin;
• Immediate available preferred.
