Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal and external Cross Functional Teams (CFTs) to provide manufacturing advice to support product and production decisions.
• Provide technical knowledge transfer to all internal and external CFTs.
• Articulate to the suppliers compliance to our packing and routing requirements.
• Perform technical onboarding to our suppliers and manufacturers.
• Engage with our manufacturing partners to improve manufacturing practices, efficiencies, reduction in waste, continuous improvement, and reduction in unit cost.
• Support our CFT partners by performing manufacturing and product reviews.
• Provide technical overviews and investigative support for our quality alert process.
• Implement and promote compliance to our SOPs as defined in our Right First Time Standard Operating Procedure manual.  
• Implement RFT manufacturing processes throughout our manufacturing base.
• Through interactive visits, advise and provide guidance to our external partners to promote “best at” manufacturing processes and alignment to our brands’ quality standards, goals and initiatives.
• Provide QA training and alignment for manufacturing partners and 3^rd party service providers.
• Perform FTEs of our manufacturing partners as well as provide technical assistance and training for 3^rd party conducted FTEs.
• Engage in staff development meetings for the purpose of knowledge transfer, cross training and team collaboration to insure personal development and succession planning.
• Engage in special projects as assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel manufacturing.
• Have extensive knowledge of best practices and methods for supplier qualification.
• With work knowledge of industrial engineering, textile fabrication & construction, textile testing & lab procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other Asian language is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skill to work with all internal and external partners.
• Able to work independence with good time management skills.
• Frequent travel across Asian production units, eg. China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bangladesh, India.
• Familiar with MS office, outlook and PLM & Portal Operations.
