Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end procurement process including supplier management
• Liaise with internal clients to analyze business needs and develop appropriate procurement plans
• Negotiate pricing and contract with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Perform periodic category and market benchmarking analysis
• Prepare quotation / tender document
• Provide clerical and supporting services related to all procurement matters
• Source in the market for potential suppliers
• Perform ad hoc assignment as and when required

 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in Procurement field 
• Solid experience in direct & indirect materials procurement 
• Familiar with tendering process and good negotiation skills
• Good sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective procurement service
• Self-driven, able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English with good communication skill
