Responsibilities:

• Responsible for demand planning in our beverage products
• Maintain the forecast based on sales figures
• Communicate with Sales & Marketing on promotion requirement
• Evaluate stock availability for ad hoc request
• Manage inventory level and work closely with internal and external partners for production planning
• Order placement and shipment schedule in order to fulfill the demand
• Participate in new product / package launch, product rationalization activities, and any supply chain related projects and new system implementation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Management Information System
• Minimum 1 year experiences in demand planning, preferably FMCG
• Strong analytical, communication, inter-personnel and problem solving skills and sensitive to numbers
• Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline with high accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Knowledge in ERP (SAP) system will be an advantage
