Overview

The CLOT Retail Manager oversees the daily operations of physical stores across Hong Kong as well as pop ups and activation with the goal to maximize sales and minimize costs.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a store manager and knowledge of diverse business subjects such as sales, marketing, visual merchandising, and planning.

Responsibilities:

• Organize all store operations and delegate responsibilities to retail team
• Supervise and guide retail staff towards maximum performance
• Prepare and control the retail network’s budget
• Monitor stock levels and ensure they are in line with budgets and forecasts
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events, displays, activation, etc..
• Thorough knowledge of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
• Analyse sales and revenue reports, communicate to executive management team
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising team for in-store setup and pop ups
• Work with merchandise planning, buying and finance teams on a regular basis

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience in Retail Management experience
