Responsibilities:

• To support Sourcing in execution of the tasks including:
  • All activities from production to delivery.
  • Communicate with factories on production capacity before the Season starts.
  • Layout the plan for Sourcing to get the order placed.
• Communicate with factories prior to booking and forwarder to ensure bookings can be arranged on time.
• Responsible for execution of day to day shipping approval. Updating shipping information in system.
• Consolidate shipments in order to reduce container usage.
• Update Sourcing Operational record.
• Maintain Sourcing order report in order to support Head Office Retail Service Team.
• Support Sourcing team on building vendor relationship.
• Communicate with Merchandisers on PO finalization and apply revision in system. 

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of related experience with extensive knowledge in garment and shipping field.
• Familiar with production flow and control.
• Good understanding of planning procedures.
• Ability to do risk analysis and problem solving.
• Ability to work with Overseas factories.
• Good interpersonal/communication skills.
• Data mindset, sensitive to numbers
• Power user of MS Excel, Pivot Table
• Data management experience will be an advantage
• MS access / VBA will be an advantage
• Self-initiative, mature, responsible, good flexibility on changes, able to work under high pressure.
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
