Job Responsibilities

• Perform valuation, feasibility studies and other consultancy assignments independently or jointly with team members including conduct inspection of properties in accordance with the instruction and guidance of your supervisor(s)

• Collate and analyze, in a proper and timely manner, property market data and such other information as necessary for carrying out valuation/consultancy assignments
• Prepare market research report for the South East Asia property market
• Assist in marketing / valuation matters
• Frequent travel to Mainland China, South East Asia or other countries is required

Qualification Requirement

• Holder of Diploma / Higher Diploma/Associate Degree / Degree in Surveying and Valuation, or equivalent
• Minimum three years' relevant working experience in valuation of properties in Hong Kong/ the PRC / Overseas
• Strong analytical, communication writing and interpersonal skills
• Experiences in handling valuation for disclosure in public documents purposes is an advantage
• Fluency in English & Mandarin is essential
• Willingness to work outside normal office hours
• Computer literacy is a must
