Responsibilities:

• To lead / assist in advising clients on corporate finance matters and prepare proposals
• To lead / assist in execution of IPO, M&A or financial advisory transactions
• Handle corporate finance projects including equity and debt market, M&A, listing rules and / or takeovers code related transactions
• Provide support on research, financial analysis, modeling and evaluation activities relating to execution of all corporate finance projects
• Conduct valuation of business, intangible assets and / or financial instruments
• Managing risk and quality control on business valuation projects
• Coordinate and perform research on up to date finance models and IFRS interpretation that is related to business valuation
• Perform industry / business research
• Handle ad hoc projects as and when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance Engineering or related disciplines
• CFA Holder / CFA Program Candidates are highly preferred
• Minimum 2 year of experience in the field of business valuation, preferably served in Big Four or related professional services firms. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior post
• Strong conceptual, analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office is a MUST
• Self-motivated, well organized, hardworking, multi-task, and able to meet tight deadline under pressure
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
