Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling full range of company secretarial work for group subsidiaries incorporated in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions;
• Provide company secretarial support to other departments;
• Coordinate board and shareholders' meetings together with relevant materials
• Assist in preparing corporate documents includig interim and annual reports, announcements and circulars; and
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in business administration/corporate governance or related discipline;
• Qualified professional member or student member of ICSA / HKICS or equivalent is preferred;
• About 1-2 years of relevant experience gained from sizable companies or listed companies;
• Well versed in Companies Ordinance and experience in dealing with offshore services provider is an advantage;
• Independent, detail-oriented, self-motivated and good communication skills;
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
