Job Description
The role
The ASPAC Solutions Operations & Reporting Manager will be a key member of the regional Solutions team, helping coordinate and drive the roll-out of Powered and Connected Enterprise solutions across Asia Pacific. The incumbent will support the ASPAC Solutions team’s activities and pull together the operational and financial reporting for the region
- pipeline, sales, and key wins across the region
- the deployment / leverage of appropriate pipeline system
- capture & maintain information on capabilities around the region to create single regional view, allow better white-space / needs identification, pan-regional resourcing
- financial and expense tracking vs budget
The initial focus solutions are:'Connected Enterprise', KPMG's customer-centric, sector based, enterprise-wide approach to digital transformation, and 'Powered Enterprise', KPMG's approach to digitally-enabled functional transformation, which leverages leading cloud-based SaaS applications. Together these enable our clients to become agile and engineered for profitable growth, while driving deep customer-centricity.
The successful candidate will report to the ASPAC Project Manager for Solutions Initiatives, work closely with the ASPAC Chief Solutions Officer and broader ASPAC solutions Team. He / she will also build strong working relationships with the ASPAC regional team and key stakeholders (eg. national heads of clients & markets, national heads of Advisor, ASPAC lead partners) across the region.

As part of the ASPAC regional team you will play an integral role in helping countries meet Trust and Growth ambitions, promoting consistency and collaboration, so that KPMG becomes the Clear Choice for clients and talent. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with regional and national leaders and drive the execution of one of KPMG’s key collective strategic priorities in ASPAC.
Key Activities
Reporting
- Work with the ASPAC Solutions PMO to develop regional metrics and reporting related to pipeline, sales and key wins
- Work with ASPAC countries to surface information required for reporting purposes
- Work with ASPAC countries and regional technology delivery centre to streamline and automate reporting processes to the extent possible
- Execute reports in a timely manner
- Identify key trends / issues and escalate / report in a timely manner
- Track and report on the ASPAC Solutions team spend vs budget
Resourcing
- Liaise with the ASPAC countries to develop and maintain database of resource capabilities
- Work with ASPAC Solutions leadership to carry out white-space analysis in order to identify skills gaps, drive collaboration, leverage different delivery models (eg. utilize the Global Delivery
Network) and develop investment plans
Ad hoc activities
- Carry out ad hoc tasks for ASPAC Solutions leadership such as developing presentations, conducting analysis and developing internal communications
The Person
The successful candidate must be able to operate in a matrix organisation and have the ability to work collaboratively and influence the actions of the organisation's most senior business leaders in the region. They need to have critical thinking and analytical skills and the ability to think outside the box and explore different ways of working to accelerate the trust and growth agenda. Strong and proven project management and reporting skills must be combined with resilience, cultural awareness and diplomacy to achieve stakeholder engagement.
Skills and Experience
- Diploma / Tertiary degree or equivalent (preferably in a finance, accounting, business, marketing, or information technology discipline)
- At least 6+ years of experience working with all levels of management to assess business needs
- Strong project management skills
- Motivated, pro-active and hard-working team player who is results driven, action oriented and outcomes focused
- Attention to detail, a fast learner and well organised. You'll need to show initiative and be able to pick up and run with new projects quickly, take on responsibility outside the scope
of your current skills and make things happen
- Ability to work under pressure, manage numerous projects simultaneously across multiple time zones and deliver within set timeframes
- A proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written, English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Confident and proactive in the adoption and use of technology
- Strong and proven relationship building skills, able to hold their own with senior leaders
- Cultural awareness and understanding is essential. Previous experience of working across functions and geographies will help you succeed
- Excellent English, with Chinese or other Asian language skills an advantage
- Able and available to travel internationally in the range of 10-20%

- Must support and work closely with national solutions leads and other key technology enablement professionals
- In alignment with the OPEN principles, must provide regular and timely feedback to others
