Responsibilities

• Provide support on legal documents such as contracts, tenders and agreements including drafting, reviewing and editing
• Responsible for conducting legal research and providing legal advice to the business
• Prepare required documents for court proceedings and assisting in maintaining a well-organized and professional database and filing system.
• Liaise with internal business departments including tax/finance, internal audit, sales and marketing departments, etc. and external parties on legal cases
• Keep track of deadlines relating to the legal activity
• Perform other legal, administrative or secretarial tasks as and when instructed

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Law or related disciplines such as ACIS or corporate governance
• Minimum 2 years’ related working experience in law firm or in-house legal work
• Proficiency in MS office application software and Chinese word processing
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Independent, detail-minded and well organized
• Immediately available is highly preferred
