Responsibilities:

• Preparing feasibility studies, investment & marketing proposals and tender projects
• Obtain property information records & maintain database systems
• Carry out and ad-hoc project assigned by branch manager
• Occasional outdoor work is required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Estate Surveying, Estate Management, Real Estate or related discipline
• With Professional Chartered Surveyor Qualification
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in Real Estate 
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications & Chinese word processing
• Good Command in spoken and written English & Chinese
• Good interpersonal skill, detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility & able to work under pressure
