Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Assist in preparing full set of accounts, month-end closing and reporting;
  • Perform general accounting duties and office administration;
  • Bank in cheques and prepare bank reconciliation;
  • Perform clerical work, data entry and administration support;
  • Communicate with vendor and subcontractor to verify terms and conditions;
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above and LCCI Level 1;
  • 2 years clerical experience;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and Peachtree;
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
