Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising in-house technical team and outsourced contractors
• Prepare quotation, tender document, cost estimation and budget for repair & maintenance works
• Monitor and review the quality and service level of contractors
• Ensure all technical issues to comply with statutory regulations and requirements
• Attend emergency calls after normal working hours when necessary

Requirements:

• Holder of Diploma / Certificate in E&M Engineering / Building Services (E&M) or related discipline
• Holder of registered electrical worker license with Grade B0
• With 3 years' repair and maintenance experience in property management field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Self-initiative and able to work independently and under pressure
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
• 5.5 days work week, Public Holidays, 12 days annual leave, discretionary bonus
• Work location : Shatin
