Responsibilities:

• Responsible for office and retail leasing, coordinate marketing activities of our properties in Shenzhen/ Shanghai;
• Identify and negotiate new leasing opportunities/ manage expiring leases to maximize rental income;
• Liaise with international/ local brands aligned with the portfolio's positioning;
• Prepare financial analysis for justification of leasing proposals;
• Conduct market research and analysis, compile leasing reports and maintain talent database;
• Negotiate and prepare leasing documents for approvals;
• Work with Property Management team to coordinate alteration/ fitting-out works and delivery of leased premises to talents;
• Establish and develop relationships with leasing agents.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 8 years' experience in retail/commercial leasing with proven leasing track record in grade A office and shopping malls in Shenzhen/Shanghai;
• Strong negotiation skills to deal with customers and agencies with good understanding of the leasing terms in the market;
• Familiar with China's retail and office market, with passion for achieving targets;
• Good knowledge of excel spreadsheet in preparing reports and analysis;
• Fluent in Putonghua and English;
• Job based in Hong Kong, frequent travel/short term stay in Shenzhen / Shanghai is required.
