• Assist the Estate Manager in supervising a team of site management staff for daily operation and administration of a high-class residential estate
• Duties will include budget planning, enforcement of the DMC, liaison with owners/tenants, handling complaints, supervision of site staff, launching site meeting and monitoring the performance of contractors, etc
• Tertiary educated in Property / Housing Management or related disciplines with at least 6 years' experience in property management
• Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required
