The Job

• Assist in daily operation of the Clubhouse and Residential Care Home for the Elderly and organize and implement indoor or outdoor activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for service and activity delivery
• Handle tenants requests and enquiries
• Liaise with tenants to ensure smooth service delivery and support
• Make regular home visits to elderly tenants in need and deliver brief psychosocial support.
• Carry out general office duties including clerical support
• Outdoor work is required.

The Person

• Matriculated OR 5 subjects obtained Level 3 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese.
• Diploma in social science or health related disciplines is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably with social service experience.
• Good manner, sociable and cheerful character with strong communication, interpersonal, organization and customer services skills.
• Able to work independently and interested in communicating with elderly.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
