Responsibilities 

• Building relationship and customer care for customers and generate more business opportunities
• Promote and sell Data World’s business management solutions (Financial / ERP / Manufacturing / CRM /HRM) and related services
• Prepare and manage quotations,  proposals, and responses to tenders/RFP
• Perform solution presentation
• Perform sales/marketing activities such as seminars, workshops and prospect calling to generate more business leads
• Explore and generate business opportunities from existing customers and different channels
• Develop and manage relationship with customers, prospects, business partners, associates and other organizations/associations
• Manage leads and report sales pipelines and forecast
• Meet sales targets 

 General Requirements 

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Good network in IT fields and good relationship with customers in the different markets/industries
• Good communication, presentation, consultative selling skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Independent, initiative, mature, self-motivated and result-oriented  

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care / direct sales with proven records in promoting and selling business management solutions. Experience in Financial / ERP / Manufacturing solutions is preferable
• Good knowledge and experience of one or more ERP solutions is advantage
• More experience will be considered as Senior Account Manager
