Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain brand image.
• Achieve sales target and maintain good relationship with customers.
• Handle customer enquiries or complaint. 
• Perform other matters/ duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement

• Minimum of 1 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury brands or high-end fashion in both men's and ladies' wear.
• Be proactive and and service oriented.
• Work well in a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Candidates with more qualification and experiences will be considered as Senior Sales Associate.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
