Job Descriptions: 

• Provide enquiry/sales service to ecommerce customers through email and social media platforms
• Handle complaints and problem solving
• Manage warranty replacement/RMA
• Monitor quality issues report from customers and communicate back to internal quality control team
• Other ad hoc assignment

Requirement:

• Good writing skills in English/Chinese
• Higher diploma or above
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Multi-tasking, patience, detail oriented, excellent customer care skill, self-motivated and a good team player
• Good in MS Excel, Outlook and Word
• Flexible, open minded and cheerful personality
