Program objectives

• To provide a fast-track career development program for high potential to mid-Store Management level.
• 2 trainers to 1 trainee that provides comprehensive on-the-job trainings to develop both technical and managerial competencies of the trainees.

Job responsibilities includes but not limited to

• Handle client enquiries, and build client relationship through excellent service
• Manage bookings
  
• Daily operation works
• Manage and assist in marketing campaign
• Assist to manage part-time staff
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the venue

Job requirements

• Strong communication skills
  
• Proficient in Cantonese and Chinese typing
• Work on weekends and public holidays
• Familiar to Word, Excel
  
• Passionate, Self driven, Hardworking, Empathetic, Careful
• Like to Smile
• Knowledge on general graphic software (AI & PhotoShop) is an advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Mainly work in Kwun Tong and sometimes other location within Hong Kong
• Work on Shift
• May work overnight
