Responsibilities:

• Perform the distribution Operation planning and handle internal and external Hotline Services in a professional manner
• Manage fleet resources to ensure order completion and provide KPIs or any other types of report to customers
• Help to take care of monthly billing and manage the Proof of Delivery document return on a timely manner
• Establish and maintain good relationship with customers and other stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) of internal and external customers
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5/ DSE or above, Degree holder is preferred 
• At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Services /Supply Chain / Sales Administration, experience in call center or logistics operation is highly preferred
• Strong understanding in logistics operation, quality management and local delivery
• A good team player with pleasant personality and planning skills
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel (v look up & Pivot table)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Mandarin is an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Working Hours: 1st shift : Monday to Friday (08:45-18:15); 2nd shift (10:45 – 20:15), Saturday duty from 08:45-18:15 once a month
• Working Location: Fo Tan
