Responsible for handling customer services enquiry and email, providing quality customer service, including handling enquiry, complaint and general administration works at Service Centre.

Customer Service Officer

               Responsibilities:

•  

  • To handle customers' shipping orders & enquiries

  • To organize shipment schedules for outbound shipments

   

  • To coordinate with team members, internal departments and overseas stations

  • To monitor the shipment schedules as well as services provided to customers.

     

    Requirements:

  • F.5/DSE or above

  • Working experience in customer service is prefer

  • Good communication & organization skills

  • Good English & Cantonese; Mandarin

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a good team player

  • Good computer knowledge

  • Alternative Sat leave and Bank holidays
