Job Description
Responsible for handling customer services enquiry and email, providing quality customer service, including handling enquiry, complaint and general administration works at Service Centre.

Responsibilities:

To handle customers' shipping orders & enquiries

To organize shipment schedules for outbound shipments

To coordinate with team members, internal departments and overseas stations

To monitor the shipment schedules as well as services provided to customers.
Requirements:

F.5/DSE or above
-
Working experience in customer service is prefer

Good communication & organization skills
-
Good English & Cantonese; Mandarin

Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a good team player

Good computer knowledge
