Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints especially on technical aspect
- Conduct investigation internally and on site externally
- Demonstrate to customers on the functions of electrical appliances in details
- Monitor service quality and liaise with internal parties for improvement
- Prepare technical report on product issues to Product team for actions
- Perform ad hoc projects as and when required
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- With 5 years of hands-on customer service and complaints handling experience preferably on home appliances
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of PC such as Internet, Chinese word processing, Excel and Word, etc.
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, and patient
- Grade “A” Certificate of Registered Electrical Worker with repair experience is preferred
- Immediately available is highly preferred
