Job responsibilities :

Provide clerical support to Customer Service Team and HR team. Help to maintain a sound and proper working environment in the office, manage general office services and supplies, monitoring service level of Admin vendors and processing purchasing formality to meet compliance requirements.  Data input in various systems.  Coordinate in travel arrangement including flight booking and hotel booking.  Help in meeting logistics arrangement. 

Basic Requirement :

Education        :           Form 7 or college degree preferable

Experience      :           Minimum 5 years relevant experience, experience in multinational firm would be preferable

Skills               :           High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, well organized, good interpersonal  and communication skills, good command of written & spoken English & Putonghua, high PC skills especially in MS Office, knowledge in SAP
