Sales Support Officer

Our client is a reputable architectural firm and is looking for an outstanding candidate to join their team as a Sales Support Officer.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints on a daily basis, and counter offer appropriate solutions within time limit
• Provide sales support in both pre-sales and post-sales activities with regular communication with existing accounts and prospective clients
• Provide logistics support to all on going key account projects
• Issue relevant documentation to clients as assigned, such as but not limited to: quotations, invoices, billing documents, and cost calculations, etc.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment transactions
• Responsible for administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, higher diploma or above in any related disciplines; preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management and Business Administration  
• A minimum of 1  year working experience in sales support  
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office is requiredAn individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can work cohesively with a team
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
