Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail
  • Sales and Service support on quotation preparation, cross selling on minor items, service order follow up etc...
  • Managing maintenance service contract renewal process
  • Data entry for service orders logs and consolidation of management report 
  • Occasionally, this role is required to meet with customers
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisor

Requirements :

  • F.5 or above
  • 3-5 years of working experience in Customer Service or sales role
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English (Spoken and Written), Putonghua is a plus
  • Proficiency in Mircosoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Access etc...
  • Proactive and good team player, Be responsible on work
