Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail
- Sales and Service support on quotation preparation, cross selling on minor items, service order follow up etc...
- Managing maintenance service contract renewal process
- Data entry for service orders logs and consolidation of management report
- Occasionally, this role is required to meet with customers
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisor
Requirements :
- F.5 or above
- 3-5 years of working experience in Customer Service or sales role
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Cantonese and English (Spoken and Written), Putonghua is a plus
- Proficiency in Mircosoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Access etc...
- Proactive and good team player, Be responsible on work
