Responsibilities:

• Handle, answer and follow up the phone and email enquiries from external customers in the areas of quotation, product inquiries and order status
• Provide prompt and accurate information and answer enquiries for customers proactively and professionally
• Assist the supervisor to implement business and operational strategies and plans
• Provide support to customers to operate the on-line ordering portal
• Prepare reports to internal parties for business analysis

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above with 2 years’ experience in sales & marketing of IT product
• Experience working in customer service is an advantage
• Positive attitude, customer-oriented and able to work independently and multi-tasking
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
