Job Description

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Lead and proactively drive the regional MTM business, in the stores and out of stores. As a separate P&L, this person is fully responsible of the top and bottom lines

- Formulate regional distribution plan, identifying growth opportunities through new and innovative sales channels

- Formulate annual sales budget for regional MTM business for both retail and wholesale channels

- Ensure annual sales budget and margin achieved

- Proactively maintain existed MTM client base while aggressively developing new business through active recruitment of MTM clients both within the retail store network and external trunk shows

- Review regional pricing for the MTM program and suggest/implement changes where necessary in partnership with the merchandising and head quarter teams

- Work closely with the merchandising team to develop and implement regional MTM range plan and product offer to maximize business potential

- Perform regular analysis of the business to identify key challenges and opportunities and proactively propose solutions

- Monitor incoming and stock on hand for all MTM garments and liaise with the Retail department and stores for timely settlement

- Manage regional A&P budget for MTM business in conjunction with Marketing Director, Asia Pacific
- Establish and implement training program for all MTM lines across the region, working closely with the retail front line staff to coach

- Plan and conduct biannual MTM trunk shows regionally and oversee coordination of all related departments to ensure timely planning and execution of all required elements

- Manage T&E expenses within budget

Requirements:

- Commercially driven

- Good social skills

- Self confidence

- Pattern cutting and Bespoke tailoring skills

- Competent in measuring, fitting, and organizing alterations

- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is preferable
