Customer service executive

The Sales Coordinator works in close cooperation with the Sales team and helps to ensure that customer orders are processed, produced and delivered in a timely and cost effective manner. 

Job Description

1. Oversee and manage the order process, prepare documentation  including quotations, P.O., delivery and shipment documents and related order processing information. 
2. Supervise product artwork preparation and approval.
3. Coordinate order processing between customers, agents, suppliers and forwarders.
4. Respond to customer enquiries.

Job Requirements

1. Form 5 graduated or above.
2. Attention to detail is very important.
3. Candidate with related experience highly preferable.
4. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
5. Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
6. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus, but not mandatory.
