Responsibilities

• Candidate shows a successful track record in closing deals
• Established negotiation & closing skills with clients
• Manage entire recruitment process to ensure required deadlines are met including screening, interviewing, shortlisting and preparing candidate profiles for clients
• Identify suitable candidates and clients to be matched and coordinate meetings and introductions
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

• Top listening and profiling skills to effectively market your candidates
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Previous experience in the Recruitment industry is an advantage
• English communication at Executive level, spoken Cantonese & Mandarin is an asset
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
