Job Description

My client is an intermediary platform for services and a young and fast-growing startup well-funded company in Hong Kong with fun and energetic working environment.

Responsibilities

- Report to Project Team Head and coordinate with Sales Team
- Provide customer service to clients
- Monitor work progress according to schedule & ensure completion of projects on schedule
- Promote & sell branded building materials products to clients & contractors
- Handle complaints, enquiries, emergency cases from clients & contractors
- Perform daily administration, data entry works and reports

Requirements

- 2+ years working experience in customer service of fit-outs and renovation work
- F.5 or above
- Proactive, fast-leaning, and organized
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Initiative, independent, hardworking & able to work under pressure
- Willing to work overtime/during weekends if necessary
