Job Description

My client is an intermediary platform for services and a young and fast-growing startup well-funded company in Hong Kong with fun and energetic working environment.

 

Responsibilities
 
    • Report to Project Team Head and coordinate with Sales Team
    • Provide customer service to clients
    • Monitor work progress according to schedule & ensure completion of projects on schedule
    • Promote & sell branded building materials products to clients & contractors
    • Handle complaints, enquiries, emergency cases from clients & contractors
    • Perform daily administration, data entry works and reports
Requirements
    • 2+ years working experience in customer service of fit-outs and renovation work
    • F.5 or above
    • Proactive, fast-leaning, and organized
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Initiative, independent, hardworking & able to work under pressure
    • Willing to work overtime/during weekends if necessary
