Job Description

The Role:

We are working with a leading provider of healthcare hygiene Products Company and on their behalf looking for a Corporate Sales Manager that will be based in Hong Kong.

This position would be ideal for a proactive Sales Executive looking for a step up. It will focus on account management, working closely with hotel chain groups and restaurant chain groups in HK.

 

Responsibilities:                                                                            

  • The Corporate Sales Manager is accountable for formulating own sales plan in order to meet sales target.
  • Focus on new account acquisition, line penetration, account retention and price increase implementation for key opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing team to conduct periodically target market segment audit to feedback dynamic customers’ taste, preference, buying behaviours, changing market development, as well as the competitive environment.
  • Responsible in developing sound relationship distributors’ sales personnel performance in order to reach the sales target.
  • Work with the team to develop a winning culture and embed the culture of accountability in daily activities.

 

Requirements:

  • University degree preferably in business focus
  • You must have a sound track record in servicing B2B clients. At least 3-5 years of working experience in servicing Hotel and Restaurant Chain groups is definitely a plus
  • Pleasant personality, tactful and enjoys meeting people
  • Proactive and able to perform under pressure
  • Detail oriented and extremely resourceful
  • Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Computer literacy and familiar with Excel, Microsoft Word.
