Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer servicing at our service hotline and customer counter.
- Handle incoming calls including appointment arrangement, resolving customer enquiries and complaints as well as customer ordering.
- Maintain good customer relationship and introduce company products and services.
- Professionally follow up customer request to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback for service improvement purpose.
Requirements:
- F. 7 graduate or above
- Min. 3 years relevant work experience
- Customer-oriented personality and team player with good communication skill
- Excellent telephone manner and / or passion to resolve customer problem
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

- 5 day work (Roster from Mon-Sat, fixed working hour 9am-6pm)
- 1 year contract of employment and a competitive salary to the right candidate, hired under our external payroll partner
