Job Description
A well established securities and fintech company is looking for an experienced customer service staff to join their force.
Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
l Serve customer with stock, warrant and Bull Bear Cert. trading experience
l Respond to enquire from clients not limit to phone call and able to demonstrate the system and work-flow to clients in the office and off-site venue
l Open trading account for client with full set of KYC and compliance requirement of the company and external regulator
l Prepare regular reports/statistic for management on various sales activities from different regions
Requirement:
l Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
l U-graduated with 1-2 years’ working experience in securities firm and knowledge of the trading mechanism of the HK stock market a big advantage
l Patient, good customer service and telephone skills
l Good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of Putonghua is a plus
l Good computer knowledge
l Holder of HKSI 1, 7& 8
l Relevant training about the system and function of terminals will be provided
l Salary range from HKD16 to 18K x12 months and subject to previous working experience
