Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales team performance to meet the company sales and profit target
- Responsible for key account management including negotiation on trade terms and build long-term relationship with customer
- Work closely with channels’ merchant team at a strategic level to drive sales and communicate future opportunities for growth
- Implement and communicate different marketing and promotion campaigns to retail channels
- Work closely with marketing team and relevant internal parties to make sure all collaterals and products are ready
- Analyze sales forecast and relevant analytical reports to monitor sales performance
- Exploit and develop new business channels
Job Requirement:
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years’ key account management experience in luxury retail / FMCG
- Strong business acumen
- Data sensitive and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Aggressive, result-oriented and good interpersonal skill
- Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese and English, Mandarin is preferred
- Proficient PC skills
