Reporting to the Director, In-store Development, your main responsibilities will be to: 

• Closely collaborate and communicate with external agencies and internal departments to ensure well execution of in-store promotions and activities
• Handle order placement and delivery of promotion material for customers
• Maintain and update internal database such as price checking report and competitors’ information
• Support ad hoc tasks as assigned including administrative tasks for the daily business operation within the department 

The successful candidate will: 

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant and patient
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
