Position : Senior Business Coordinator/ Officer - Customer Service (Logistics)

Salary : 20-21k/Negotiable 

Remarks : 5 Days, 9:00-5:30(Monday To Friday) 

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree Holder is a must, Major in Customer Relations Management, Customer Services or related discipline
• At least 3 yrs customer relations, customer service or sales administration experience
• Gained experience in sizable multinational company with China Exposure is an advantage
• Familiar with local logistics & sales orders coordination are add advantage
• Proficiency in Ms Excel & Access is an advantage
• Fluent spoken & written English & Mandarin
• Immediate Available is an advantage
• Stable, Energetic, Proactive, Pleasant & Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Handling daily inbound & outbound of customers as well as billing to customers
• Process sales orders in an accurate and effective manner and provide highly quality customer services to their customers
• Responsible for customers & outbound daily coordination
• Handle customer's complaints and inquiries on daily basis
• Responsible for sales orders taking through ordering system / phone call, emails if necessary
• Responsible for inventory movement in and out from warehouse
• Prepare regular reports required by customers
• Coordinate with warehouse for inbound shipment arrangement
• Coordinate with Transportation team for outbound delivery arrangement
• Maintain system inventory update
• Prepare month end billing & verification
• Visit customers or stores whenever is necessary
• Collect customer feedback and provide improvement suggestions
• Maintain and update complaint & product claim log book
• Prepare data analysis and regular reports assigned by CS Supervisor & Manager
• Work with other CS peers to provide CS support to customers
• Work with other departments (Transportation, Warehouse & Inventory Control)
• Liaise with customers / trucking company & warehouse
