Responsibilities

• Assist the team head to oversee the inventory control and supplier management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage the demand planning
• Provide analysis on the changes of Sales Forecasts, Forecasts Accuracy, Seasonal Trends and Product Life Cycle.
• Analyze gaps between Sales Forecasts and Demand Plans; conduct root causes analysis and highlight potential risks as well as action plans to close the gaps.
• Provide effective checks and balances on the monthly purchase plan to fulfill the procurement target and support business needs.
• Participate and give professional advice in the implementation of a demand planning system.
• Streamline the current planning workflow.
• Monitor the inventory turnover and stock coverage by division and brand to reach company KPI.
• Identify and monitor aged & slow moving inventory; Closely work with division to formulate action plans.
• Prepare the materials for the monthly S&OP meeting.
• Provide inventory analysis report and explore continuous improvement.
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
• With 3 years related inventory management and forecasting experience
• Highly analytical with a keen attention in detail
• Exposure in FMCG or cosmetic industry is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Mature and able to work independently, with high efficiency
• PC skills in MC Word and Excel, knowledge in Demand Planning and SAP is a plus
