• Manage full set of I/E shipping document (mainly import shipment)
• Coordinate with factories, forwarder and overseas customers in shipping schedule
• Responsible for handling shipping documents, shipment and logistic arrangement, arrange delivery of shipment and material
• Coordinate the delivery with different parties include Sales, Engineering, Vendor, Customer and Forwarder etc.
• Manage and update Stock in/out
• Assist for Admin Work

Entry Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 year working experience in shipping field
• Good computer skills especially in Word, Excel and Chinese Input
• Good knowledge in Tradelink and HS code
• Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese, fair in English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
